We’re so excited to celebrate our wedding with you and can’t wait to share such a special day together. Here you’ll find the plan for the day, from the ceremony through to the evening celebrations.
We’ve kept things relaxed so there’s plenty of time to enjoy the setting, good food, and great company — we’re really looking forward to it!

CEREMONY

Please arrive by 11:45 AM to be seated.
The pub next door will be opening early for us, so feel free to grab a drink if you arrive ahead of time. Guests are also welcome to park in the pub car park.

TRAVEL to reception
Guests make their way to Combeinteignhead Hearn Field
(Travel time: approx. 30 minutes walking or 7 minutes by car.
We will pre-book a limited number of taxis, but to avoid delays we recommend arranging transport in advance, car sharing, or driving if possible. Parking will be available at the field.

Drinks reception
A selection of specially chosen wines will be available for you to enjoy, along with a relaxed atmosphere to take in the surroundings and catch up with friends and family.

Wedding feast
We’ll be serving a relaxed wedding feast with a hog roast, a selection of fresh seasonal salads, and a cheese board to finish.

A few words will be shared during the afternoon as we raise a glass and celebrate together.

We recommend pre-booking taxis in advance, as availability in the area can be limited. Please ride share when you can.
You’re very welcome to leave your car at the field overnight if needed — it will be securely locked in.
